Soft and fluffy chocolate cherry muffins! Everyone is looking for this recipe! Easy Baking
Very easy and delicious chocolate cherry muffins that anyone can make! Simply mix the ingredients together and bake. Even a beginner can master these soft and fluffy treats.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
125ml (1/2 cup) cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
125ml (1/2 cup) milk
275g (2+1/4 cup) plain flour
25g (1/4 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
200g (2 cups) frozen or fresh Morello or sour cherries
1 tbsp cornstarch (omit if using fresh cherries)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C / 360F / gas mark 4 for 25 minutes.
